1. Scope and Operator Identity
ArionPlay (https://arionplay.site/) is operated by ArionPlay Entertainment Group Ltd., with registered offices at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines, under Authorized Online Gaming Platform (21+ PH Compliance Standard), Reference OGL-PH-2026-094.
2. Player Eligibility and 21+ Age Requirement
Participation is strictly restricted to natural persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and legally permitted to participate under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 6. Technical Malfunctions, Liability, and Dispute Resolution
In the event of a verifiable server interruption or software malfunction, affected game rounds are voided and the original PHP stake is restored to the player’s balance.
